1. Intermittent Fasting or Time Restrictive Eating


Why It Helps: It allow your body to heal and detox on a cellular level. It will get your body into the natural metabolic state of ketosis faster. Your body will burn fat and create more energy.

What You Can Do:


  • Limiting food intake to a 12 hour window.

  • Refrain from eating 3 hours before bedtime.


2. Limit Carbohydrates and Sugars
